Chef Naina offers a multitude of cooking classes and culinary services, some publicly, at local cooking schools, but most privately, in people's homes and kitchens, across greater Atlanta.
Her food spans the length and breadth of the Indian subcontinent and stretches as far west as Morocco. The flavors of both her adapted and original recipes borrow from everywhere in between but have one underlying piquancy ~ that of spice. Whether floral, woody, cooling or hot, Naina works towards teaching and training, one palate a time, to embrace spices and use them with clever, careful abandon.
