Lamb Seekh Kebab (using the Braun multiquick food processor)

These boldly flavored kebabs are a staple of North Indian bbq cuisine. Packed wih flavor, especially from the fried onions, this recipe may have several ingredients but it still comes together relatively quickly as it's a one bowl creation. The word seekh means skewer so these can be skewered (see the link to the perfect skewers in my Product Recommendations) or made into Indian inspired burgers and meatballs!
